As you arrive at any of the airports in Istanbul like Istanbul Atatürk or the Sabiha Gökçen airport, our chauffeurs meet you at the baggage counters after you pass through the customs area. The chauffeurs assist you with your luggage and then lead you to the coaches that are kept ready near the exit terminal. Our chauffeurs are all properly uniformed and will carry the related signage upon request made by the guests.

Baggage Handling and Transportation

The guests have to identify their own baggage in the customs area and after they finish all their entry procedures at the customs area, our experienced chauffeurs will escort them to the vehicles for transfer to their desired destination. A guide or professional staff member of our company will be provided in each transfer vehicle who will welcome the guests as they approach the vehicle and accompany them in the travel to their destination. Our transfer services company in Istanbul comprises of professional and well-trained staff that will handle the portage and also supervise the luggage van upon request by the guests. The staffs or guides will also explain about the significant places of Istanbul as you ride through the city to your destination and also briefly describes about the travel programs when the guest demands. The Hotel’s Hospitality Desk

We can provide the guests a hospitality desk in a convenient place like the lobby area in the hotels where they stay as per their request which they can access easily. Based on the timings of their travel program, the hospitality desk would function accordingly which is generally during the hours prior to the departure and return of the guests. The hospitality desk will be open in case of any activities at day time in the hotels. A staff member who is fluent in speaking English will be on duty to serve the guests during any operational activities and events. Everyday’s activities that take place in the hotel are displayed on the information board in the hotel to bring it to the notice of the guests.

In relation to the same the following services are also provided to our guests:
